Kimberly Yot was born and raised in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, Kim understands the intangible benefits of life in Pittsburgh, which are its access to world-renowned healthcare systems, endless job market opportunities, and diverse culture. With over 25 years of point-of-service experience, Kim really listens to her clients. Her genuine care for her clients' needs and her ability to simplify and negotiate complex transactions make her a trusted advisor in the real estate journey. Utilizing her attention to detail and keen negotiating skills, her end goal is a seamless and successful transaction every time. She understands every client's needs are different and will take those needs to heart throughout the buying or selling process.

 

Kimberly lives in Clinton Township with her husband, Jeff, and their two children. She also has 2 other adult children who live in the Pittsburgh area. A son, who lives in the South Hills, and her daughter Alyssa who is a member of her team. When she isn’t working, she enjoys traveling, dinner parties, and great wine with good friends.
